Route Driver
POSITION DESCRIPTION: As Route Driver, deliveries will be made to
grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores, offering customers
excellent service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares truck for operation by inspecting general condition by conducting pre-inspections.

Delivers product by identifying destinations, operating truck, unloading and merchandising product.

Develops a relationship with and provides service and products to new and existing customers.

Completes scheduled daily delivery route for the days assigned customers.

Use NCR Hand-Held computer to manage customer transactions including invoices, and credits.

Settlement accounting of daily sales activities.

Maintains truck operating efficiency by completing post-maintenance requirements.

Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to pass a Physical and DOT Drug Screening

Must have Class A or B driver's license

MVR & Background Check

Must be able to use NCR Hand-Held computer

Must have the ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects repeatedly or continuously over time.
