DoubleBerry Frosty
A luscious drink to enjoy as a cocktail or dessert.
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 package (12 oz ) frozen unsweetened strawberries*
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp grenadine syrup
- 3 cups berry-flavored sparkling water
- 4 fresh whole strawberries for garnish (optional)
In food processor or blender, process ice until coarsely chopped. Add strawberries, sugar and grenadine syrup; process until smooth yet still icy. Divide evenly among 4 large saucer champagne glasses. Add enough sparkling water to fill. Stir. Place strawberry on edge of glass for garnish. Makes 4 servings.
*Alternately, rinse one pint fresh strawberries. Drain and place in baking pan; freeze. Use frozen fresh strawberries as directed above.
